Excellent Location !! Centrally located and walking distance from most shopping areas and Hyde Park! Super Excellent Customers Service and Attitude of Staff. They really made our visit so comfortable and pleasant. When they realised it was my wife's 50th bday, they decorated the room so well ! Sonika, Gurav, Seeksha, Bijay, and the Indian Manager from Hyderabad (Sorry I forgot her name...starting in A) and night managers..... all staff were so warm and polite and accommodating. Customers were from so many nationalities, but service to all was friendly. Superb Job Mariott !! This is why the Mariott hotels is my absolute No1 rating and choice world over ! My wife is a breast cancer survivor and this was our first overseas trip post her successful treatment (the hotel wasnt aware of this). It was my son's Bday on the 10th and the staff left him some sweets and card signed by all. The kindness, care and responsiveness of the staff was well appreciated by my family ! Good Customer Service comes from the heart of the team !

Room was good and very clean, mattresses and pillows were great. Storage areas were adequate for a family of four at this room. The hotel is located in a good and safe region and ideally you can make a great walk from the hotel to Marble Arch, pass through Hyde Park and get downtown. Bus connection is very frequent and close and you may also use the underground. Some good restaurants are near by, max 15 minutes walk.

This is our second stay at this hotel, and its excellent location is the major reason. It is one of the safest areas where tourists are always wandering Edgware Road even late at nights with many restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. Additionally, all main attractions are easily and directly reached via bus and/or underground nearby stations. The bed and pillows were super comfortable.

The location is ideal, with superb and easy access to restaurants and facilities Edgware Rd, walking distance from Hyde Park and Oxford Street. Major tube and train stations within very easy access. Staff are excellent, and attentive.

The staff was polite, the food was good, the breakfast was diversified, everyone from the staff was smiling at you. Gabriela was a lovely person, the same with everyone else actually. I mentioned Gabriela and a few ladies because each morning I had to leave and each time I asked for a coffee to-go they offered me the coffee for free. I insisted to pay but they refused the money. I know that theoretically I could've asked for a second coffee at the breakfast but it is these little things that matters. I've been eating at the hotel each morning and in the evening and the food was good. The beds were comfy. Yes, the rooms and everything else feels like they are ageing but overall I appreciated that it was clean and the staff was helpful. Each evening, when I returned in my room, the cleaning ladies were doing a good job. Some people said the rooms are not that big. Yes. not big but neither small either. So, if I would have to resume to three things I liked it was this: staff, food and being clean (the bed was comfy enough for me).
